Customers can place orders through our Website, Facebook & Instagram page or by contacting us directly. Payment can be made through Cash, Bank Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bKash and Nagad. An advance 50% payment is required for Custom Item(s) and special order(s).
We ship everywhere within Bangladesh. For international orders, appropriate shipping fees will apply. We will provide customers with a tracking number so they can follow their package’s progress.
Our delivery cost depends on our product weight and customer’s location. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the availability of the product. We will inform the customer of the estimated delivery time when they place their order.
If a customer is not available to receive their package at the time of delivery, we will contact the customer and make one additional attempt. If the customer is still unavailable, the package will be returned to us and the customer will need to arrange for pickup or pay an additional delivery fee.
We take great care to ensure that all products are properly packaged and protected during transit. However, if a package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We accept the following methods of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bkash or Nagad.

In the case of shipping damage or a mistake with your order, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery and please provide us with photos of damages and photos of the item and/or box.
We will correspond with you and go through the options for shipping and returns.
For change of mind, Artificer offers a 24 hours change of mind policy on all full price items, excluding special orders and customization orders.
In case of a change of mind after 24 hours of purchase and you cannot choose any other product from our store at that time, we can then issue a store credit for the amount.
Note: We cannot issue cash refunds only store credit can be issued.
We will provide you with a quote to ship the items back to us or you can organize your own shipment and you must pay the shipping costs within the 3-day guarantee period or if it’s to be returned or replaced due to the fault of Artificer we will gladly pay for the freight.
The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in an unmarked and unused condition, un-assembled, and complete with any accessories or additional items. A restocking fee will apply if the item(s) is returned without original packaging intact.
Any delivery/shipping charges and other fees incurred by you or us are non-refundable.
Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund within 3 -5 days.
This policy does not apply to custom made items or special orders. These items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
